Intake:
An evaluation of the clients interests, strengths, skills and weaknesses.

Customized Assessments: A community assessment designed around the clients
interests and ability with a trained supervisor in a team or one-on-one environment.

~WORKFORCE SERVICES~

Placement Interview:
Services to integrate a client into a compatible workforce
which may include resume, application review and assistance.

Community Networking: Individualized networking opportunities to include: Group
networking events and Community BNI groups.

Job Coaching: On the job training for successful outcomes.

~PLACEMENT/DEVELOPMENT SERVICES~

Job Development/Site:
Development of a job or site for that particular clients' needs
and skills level.

Placement: Client is placed to fill a job vacancy.

Work Adjustment: Adjusting work skills to fit the current placement of the client.

~RETENTION SERVICES~

Post Placement Assessment: Assess, evaluate and report on the customers
current placement to determine if further services are needed.

Job Retention: Assisting and accommodating the client, after placement, in solving
any on the job issues and to find solutions for personal issues.
